Blackout

Am I the only one who feels left in the dust.
To ponder why it is my fear is robust?
Am I the only one who feels a change.
Is softly coming in with the wind today?
Are all the other sheep always so readily.
Available to come to have their skin removed?
To get a new face one with style and grace.
And when the lights go off they will be shot in place.

Blackout.
Do you feel safe in the blackout?

And when I look around I can see the grounds.
Where they stacked the mounds of your bodies.
And if I'm quiet I can sneak by it.
And maybe they'll buy it that I'm with the dead.
Hear them talk of the dead they were a direct threat.
To national security it has been taken care of.
And if I ever get out of here alive I'll expose them all.
And all their media lies.

Blackout.
Do you feel safe in the blackout?
